A Contract Summary contains the most important contractual aspects. This summary works as a quick reference with which the resources can easily check the main contractual obligations without having to read through all contract documents each time. It should also contain any contractual milestones, related dates or events often referred to as the ‘contract’s calendar’.
This artifact is either a word document or a powerpoint presentation. It should be a quick reference for pragmatic operational use. A Contract Summary can be different for different target audiences. It should contain everything the resource needs to know and especially the elements that could generate penalties or bonusses for Capgemini. |
